About the Role

The Deal Desk Analyst 3 serves as a strategic partner to the North America Digital Marketing Sales team, focusing on structuring profitable and compliant transactions that address the needs of diverse internal corporate customers. Acting in a fiduciary capacity, you will manage the first-line approvals for the deal approval process, driving deal structuring and accelerating closures.

In this hybrid role based in San Jose, CA, or Lehi, UT, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to identify critical business issues and assist in crafting transactions that align with both client requirements and customer needs. Your day-to-day involves managing the deal approval workflow, communicating deal value to cross-functional stakeholders through documented business cases, and drafting and certifying customer contracts. You will ensure all transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines while regularly preparing in-quarter deal status reports for management. Additionally, you will evaluate current processes to offer recommendations for continuous improvement.
