About the Role
The Deal Desk Analyst 3 serves as a fiduciary partner to the North America Digital Marketing Sales team, focusing on structuring profitable and compliant transactions that address the needs of diverse internal corporate customers. This role exists to maximize client revenue and increase sales effectiveness by accelerating deal closures.
In this hybrid position based in San Jose, CA, or Lehi, UT, you will act as the bridge between sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders, including Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, and Revenue Assurance. Your day-to-day involves meeting with sales teams to identify critical business issues, drafting and certifying customer contracts, and communicating deal value through documented business cases. You will ensure all transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines while preparing in-quarter deal status reports for management. Additionally, you will evaluate current processes and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's in finance or accounting or equivalent experience
- verifiedProven experience in FP and A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations or Deal Desk
