The Role The Custodian/Cleaner is the backbone of the member experience, responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility. This role ensures that the Judgement Free Zone remains a pristine, welcoming space where members can focus on their fitness journey without distraction. From sanitizing high-touch equipment to managing the flow of supplies, your work directly contributes to the positive atmosphere that defines our clubs.
