About the Role
We are seeking experienced and caring individuals to join our team at our Avon Lake location. In this position, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment through the implementation of a written curriculum. You will support children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining a safe and healthy classroom. Your day will involve engaging with parents and families to communicate about their child's progress, collaborating with professionals to support children with specialized needs, and ensuring compliance with state regulations through accurate documentation.
