About the Role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Global Finance Data Science team to build production-minded analytics and AI solutions at enterprise scale. You will work alongside a global team of Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Finance Analysts, and ML Engineers to advance the data science and AI roadmap for Global Finance. Your mission is to deliver predictive insights, automation that reduces manual workload, and interactive decision-support experiences.

This role offers a dynamic day-in-the-life where you contribute across the entire solution lifecycle: from problem framing and proof-of-concept to development, deployment, and adoption. You will ensure the right level of automation, integration, and governance for real-world use, translating complex analysis into clear business context and measurable outcomes. Whether designing AI-enabled process improvements, building interactive dashboards, or engineering features from large enterprise sources, you will drive clarity and impact within a collaborative, standards-driven environment.

Hiring Process
