About the Role

Join Peraton in advancing the safety, efficiency, and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS) through the FAA's Brand New Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) contract. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Data Management Advisor to support the BNATC Program, overseeing data management and program execution across 53 sites nationwide. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, regulatory alignment, data integrity, and superior client engagement within a complex federal environment. The ideal candidate brings strong business acumen and the ability to lead data-driven decision-making while strengthening client relationships.

Nice to Have

Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar program/project management certification. Experience supporting FAA programs or working within the National Airspace System (NAS) environment. Demonstrated success managing large-scale, geographically dispersed programs (50+ sites) within a federal or regulated environment. Advanced experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive executive-level insights. Strong familiarity with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6). Experience establishing or optimizing data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and reporting automation. Experience supporting business development activities, including capture support, proposal writing, and client presentations. Strong understanding of vendor management, subcontractor oversight, and performance tracking.
