The Strategic Intelligence team serves as the firm's primary delivery layer for intelligence, translating complex data, analytical outputs, and external insights into clear, actionable reports that drive business decision-making. We are dedicated to evolving how the firm leverages information to support strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
As the Intelligence Reporting & Automation Manager, you will lead the design, delivery, and automation of intelligence reporting across the firm. This role is pivotal in developing scalable reporting frameworks and establishing standards that enhance the efficiency and quality of our outputs. You will partner with stakeholders across the firm to ensure our reporting aligns with evolving business needs.
In this position, you will manage a catalog of intelligence reporting, ranging from ad hoc data reports to AI-augmented narrative briefings. You will shape deliverables using a consultative approach, assessing stakeholder needs to calibrate outputs for audience sophistication. A key focus of the role is building AI-augmented pipelines that synthesize structured firm data with unstructured external content—such as news, filings, and market signals—to generate intelligence products like client relationship briefings and competitive snapshots.
You will lead and develop a junior team, fostering a culture focused on building systems that scale output rather than executing requests individually. Your day-to-day involves defining report libraries with design standards, automating repeatable workflows to handle demand without proportional increases in manual effort, and ensuring appropriate human review of AI-generated content in coordination with firmwide data governance practices.
