This position serves as a subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor within the General Professional track. As a Data Engineer IV, you will operate with extensive latitude for independent judgment, conducting highly complex work unsupervised. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable data processing pipelines that extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources.
Your mission is to transform raw data into useful formats for analysis, enhancing data flow to enable end users to consume and analyze information faster and more easily. You will act as the front-line support for data-related inquiries, standardizing solutions and maintaining a repertoire of answers for common problems. Additionally, you will collaborate with researchers and other stakeholders to recommend strategies for problem analysis, study design, and the application of rigorous data science methods.
