The Data Center Resiliency Manager serves as a critical bridge between Data Center Operations and Disaster Recovery functions. This role is designed to enhance resiliency and reduce risk across critical company systems by ensuring aligned services between these two vital areas. You will spend your time collaboratively managing operations for company-owned data centers, co-location facilities, and manufacturing sites while simultaneously supporting global disaster recovery strategies.
In this position, you will set global operational standards and practices, overseeing the management of onsite data centers and offsite co-location installations. You will act as the lead for data center issues, troubleshooting complex problems and communicating effectively with local facilities personnel and offsite vendors. A key part of your day involves managing the Disaster Recovery Program as a member of the cross-functional ITSCM team, responsible for a portfolio of over 200 critical business applications and infrastructure. You will drive continuous improvement by leading multi-discipline groups through walk-throughs and simulations, ensuring the organization remains resilient against disasters.
