We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Entry-Level Cabling Technician to support structured cabling installations within a data center environment. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in IT infrastructure, networking, or data center operations, offering hands-on experience with copper and fiber cabling systems.
As a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandston, VA, you will work closely with data center technicians, engineers, and project teams. You will be responsible for installing, routing, and securing cabling, as well as assisting with terminating and testing connections. The role requires active participation in rack and stack activities, maintaining accurate documentation, and performing cable management to ensure clean and organized pathways. Success in this position demands the ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment while adhering to all safety and operational procedures.
