EPMA is supporting an Oil & Gas organization in its Engineering & Construction department with a search for a highly organized Data Analyst to work directly with the Director of Project Controls. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on working with large datasets, building executive-level reports, improving data quality, and collaborating with project teams across the business.
You will serve as a critical link between raw project data and strategic decision-making. Your day-to-day involves extracting and validating data from SAP and other systems, then cleaning and organizing these large datasets to ensure reporting accuracy. You will develop and maintain monthly and quarterly project performance reports, supporting executive oversight on budget versus actual performance, forecasting, and capital spend. Additionally, you will collaborate with Project Managers, Directors, and Engineers to gather and validate project information, while supporting data migration and reporting initiatives within the PROCOM project tracking system.
Beyond analysis, you will create exception reports to identify data inconsistencies requiring corrective action and assist with user support, training, documentation, and FAQ development. A key part of your mission is to help improve reporting processes and data quality standards across the organization.
