About the Role
The Director of Financial Transformation serves as an independent review and optimization function within the organization. This role is designed to modernize, redesign, and automate financial processes across the enterprise. The position focuses on examining how financial operations are currently performed to identify opportunities that enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency.\n In this capacity, you will act as a strategic advisor, influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority. You will partner with the VP of Finance, CFO, and executive team to support strategic decision-making through variance analysis, trend identification, and ad hoc financial analyses. The role involves leveraging AI-driven analytics and predictive modeling to analyze revenue cycle data, cost structures, and operational metrics. Additionally, you will benchmark financial operations against healthcare industry best practices, with a specific focus on maximizing the utility of existing Workday modules and tools.

Requirements
