About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in the healthcare and call center industries. You will serve as a critical bridge between complex data and executive strategy, analyzing operational and business data to generate actionable insights that drive decision-making.
In this position, you will regularly collaborate with executive leadership, including the COO and Operational VPs, to provide meaningful insights that improve operational efficiency and business performance. Your work will directly support healthcare operations and call center performance metrics, ensuring that data accuracy, integrity, and consistency are maintained across all reporting systems.

This is an onsite role located in Pompano Beach, FL. Candidates must be located in or near this area to participate effectively in our daily operations and team collaboration.
