The Sales Utility operates within a dynamic team environment, serving as a vital link between our distribution facilities and store locations across North/West Arizona and the Metro Phoenix areas. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a hands-on setting, balancing the logistical precision of inventory management with the interpersonal skills required to support store operations.
In this position, you will be the face of our brand on the shelf. Your day involves traveling between store locations to ensure our products are presented at their best. You will work closely with department managers to resolve out-of-stock situations, incorporate new items, and coordinate store resets. From writing orders and merchandising products to rotating stock using the FIFO system and maintaining clean, attractive displays, your efforts directly drive sales and customer satisfaction. You will also serve as a flexible resource, covering vacations and floating holidays for key team members like RSMs, Lead Merchandisers, and Full-Time Stockers.
