As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of a premier law enforcement agency. Your primary mission is to support the modernization of their cybersecurity compliance program. In this capacity, you will coordinate across various project-implementing divisions, providing oversight of cybersecurity initiatives and advising the CISO and Chief Information Officer (CIO) on portfolio prioritization.
Your day-to-day involves bridging the gap between technical execution and executive strategy. You will facilitate bi-weekly Program Management Review (PMR) sessions with leadership, prepare executive-level presentations, and contribute to monthly performance dashboards. This role requires strong business process analysis skills to ensure that cybersecurity programs align with the agency's broader operational goals.
