The Senior Paralegal is a key member of Lennar's legal team, supporting complex real estate, land acquisition, land development, title, and closing matters for one or more Divisions. This role exists to drive projects forward in a fast-paced homebuilding environment by partnering closely with in-house counsel and business teams to manage transactions from contract through closing.\n In this position, you will serve as a central point of coordination for timelines, approvals, deliverables, and documentation. You will synthesize findings to support attorney and business decision-making on high-stakes matters, ensuring defensibility and compliance. The ideal candidate combines strong legal judgment, transaction management skills, and a practical business mindset, acting as a subject-matter expert who anticipates needs and identifies risks early. You will also mentor paralegal and administrative staff, contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and resources.
