The Intake Coordinator serves as the vital first point of contact for the Cohen Clinic, bridging the gap between veterans and their families and the clinical services they need. In this mission-focused, results-driven environment, you will manage the entire intake journey—from the initial phone call to scheduling biopsychosocial assessments with clinical staff. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a small, entrepreneurial team and is passionate about community-oriented care.
You will conduct screenings and intakes both on-site and at various satellite locations, working closely with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate case assignments and care coordination. The position requires a blend of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex external partnerships while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor with staff, funders, and the public.
