This position is part of a nationwide program dedicated to maintaining IT infrastructure operations across the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). The contract supports all U.S. airports and over 30 U.S. Embassy and Consulate international sites across 30 different countries where TSA is present.
Peraton is hiring Customer Technical Specialists to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/TSA customer at airports across the U.S. You will provide IT-related operational and project support for the Federal Security Director, staff, and the screening workforce. Your day-to-day work involves delivering professional, high-quality services and a variety of technologies across airport and off-site locations. You will provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations while adhering to contracted service level agreements, using your judgment to maintain IT operations and make recommendations. This role requires on-site work at our Indianapolis, IN location, with a willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
