Providing quality customer service is at the core of our team's goals. As a Customer Support Associate, you will assist in achieving team goals by answering questions for users with account-related queries. Your day will involve outbound calling and assisting end users with various query types to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will be expected to be helpful and empathetic, resolving issues quickly while maintaining an awareness of the client's business, operational activities, and processes within your team area. This role requires professional interaction and communication, both within the Accenture organization and with client contacts.
This is an onsite position in San Antonio, TX. Applicants will be expected to relocate to and work in San Antonio, TX. The role requires flexibility to work any shift between 6:00 am - 1:00 am CT, including weekends and holidays.
