The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise and mid-market customers, responsible for managing and growing relationships while delivering a seamless end-to-end sales experience. This role is designed to bridge the gap between customer needs and internal execution, focusing on account management, opportunity development, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong collaboration.
In this position, you will support both contracted and non-contracted clients, managing quote and order activity while contributing to the achievement of team sales and profitability goals. You will act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally, while proactively engaging existing and past customers to introduce new products and merchandising solutions. Success in this role requires a creative mindset to recommend merchandise solutions aligned with customer brand needs and a deep understanding of industry trends.
Note: This role requires a hybrid work model with a minimum of two days per week in the office.
