As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor for dealerships in the Northeastern U.S. territory. Your primary mission is to drive client satisfaction and success by deeply understanding the business needs of your assigned dealers. You will work to maximize the adoption and utilization of CDK products, helping customers achieve tangible value while driving engagement and minimizing churn.
This is a field-based position requiring you to live within the territory (ME, VT, NH, MA, RI, CT). You will spend approximately 75% of your time traveling to meet with dealership management and staff. Your day-to-day involves assessing risk factors, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering with the sales team to nurture additional revenue. You will educate clients on CDK solutions, create strategic reports, and develop training plans for dealership staff. By maintaining strong relationships and demonstrating expertise in CDK products, you will ensure the continued success of our applications and foster a productive working environment.
