As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of approximately 30 client accounts. This role exists to bridge the gap between our media buying team and our clients, ensuring that blue-collar business owners feel supported, informed, and confident in their digital marketing campaigns. You will be the steady hand that guides clients from onboarding through ongoing management, proactively identifying issues before they arise and fostering long-term retention.
Your day is a blend of strategic collaboration and direct client engagement. You will spend significant time on video calls, translating campaign metrics into clear, plain-English conversations that resonate with business owners. While you don't need to be the one pressing the buttons in Meta Ads Manager, you must understand the mechanics well enough to answer client questions confidently without deferring to the team.
You will work closely with a dedicated team of four media buyers and the founder to align on strategy, co-lead end-of-month strategy calls, and ensure that client feedback is translated into actionable direction. Beyond the calls, you will manage the operational side of client success, keeping ClickUp tasks and records organized to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Your goal is to own the entire client journey, from setting expectations during onboarding to identifying natural upsell opportunities and collecting testimonials from satisfied clients.
Candidates selected for this role will interview directly with Founder Daniel Pereira. The process focuses heavily on communication presence, mindset, and the ability to handle client relationships with professionalism and calm under pressure.
