Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Customer Solutions Specialist serves as a vital bridge between Solve and our clients. This role exists to ensure the sales lifecycle is seamless by offering thoughtful, knowledgeable solutions to customer inquiries and troubleshooting product issues. You will consult with customers to deeply understand their business needs, making calculated product recommendations that complement their operations.
In this position, you will work in tandem with Regional Sales Managers to act as the internal support system for our accounts. Your day involves listening attentively to customer needs, communicating effective solutions via phone or email, and managing the end-to-end order process from purchase orders to forecasting. You will establish relationships using a consultative approach, utilizing your technical product knowledge to guide clients through product selection while maintaining accurate records in our internal CRM.
