About the Role

The Customer Solution Design Advisor serves as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, bridging the gap between customer needs and Canon's technical capabilities. This role is designed to drive the development and delivery of customer-centric solutions, ensuring that every proposal aligns with both operational realities and strategic goals.

In this position, you will coordinate solution design activities, support the creation of compelling proposals, and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams. You will act as a key partner in discovery workshops, helping to translate customer feedback into optimized solutions that drive cost savings and project compliance. Beyond the technical design, you will contribute to the broader mission by capturing market intelligence, mentoring internal teams, and supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen Canon's thought leadership.

Requirements
