Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDevelop and update training materials such as facilitator guides, job aids, and e-learning content
- check_circleProvide leadership and direction to trainers to ensure effective training delivery
- check_circleEvaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements to content and delivery methods
- check_circlePartner with cross-functional teams to integrate training into system launches and process changes
- check_circleMaintain knowledge management systems to ensure training content is accurate and current
- check_circleAlign training plans with operational readiness, performance goals, and business timelines
- check_circleDesign and maintain customer service training programs including onboarding and refresher courses
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verified4-6 years of experience in customer service training, instructional design, or learning program ownership
- verifiedExperience supporting contact center or service environments
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Applications
Nice to Have
Experience leading training initiatives or supervising training functions. Familiarity with learning platforms, documentation tools, and customer service systems. Waste and recycling industry experience.
