About the Role
The Customer Service Specialist is essential to the success of our Automotive branches. This role works closely with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams Automotive products, and recommend the right solutions. Beyond sales support, the specialist is responsible for promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
The position also involves the logistical side of the business, including receiving and preparing orders, as well as safely moving, loading, and delivering products. Selected candidates will work at Automotive Branch #9731, located at 2812 Girard Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
Work Environment & Safety
This role involves direct contact with customers, which may include minors, as well as access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Because of this access, which may be supervised or unsupervised, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Schedule
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm, based on business needs and subject to change.
