About the Role
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will serve as the key point of contact for the Design Center, bridging the gap between customer inquiries and successful project completion. This on-site role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy direct interaction with clients. You will guide customers through product selection, ensure accurate order processing, and coordinate with dispatch and production teams to facilitate timely deliveries. Your efforts will directly contribute to a positive customer experience from the initial inquiry through to the final delivery.
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleSupport outside sales representatives with follow-up, quotes, and project needs
- check_circleMaintain accurate customer and account information
- check_circleAssist with showroom displays, product samples, and Design Center organization

Requirements
