Our reach extends to police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers, and other labor groups. We have established direct relationships with over 20,000 union associations across Southern California.
The Benefits Coordinator serves as a vital link between our organization and union members. In this role, you will educate members on the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. The position focuses on answering inquiries and guiding members through their options; sales are only involved if a customer voluntarily opts in for additional benefits. There is no cold calling, as we work exclusively with union associations directly.
