Our mission is to support the communities we serve, including police departments, firefighters, teachers, postal workers, and other labor unions. We have established direct relationships with over 20,000 union associations across Southern California.
As a Benefits Coordinator, your primary focus is to educate members who request information about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. This role is centered on customer service and relationship building rather than aggressive sales; sales activities are only initiated if a customer desires to opt in for additional benefits. There is no cold calling, as we work exclusively with union associations directly.
