As a Branch Leader, you will manage all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through leadership, coaching, and business development. This role is critical to Truist's purpose of inspiring and building better lives and communities, with a specific focus on developing small business expertise. You will ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while managing human capital, from interviewing and hiring to performance reviews and scheduling. You may also be cross-trained to assist with teller transactions as needed.
You will promote a positive public image in the community and instill Truist's Purpose, Mission, and Values in your team. Your work will drive branch revenue through small business development and new client strategies, utilizing face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. You will also participate in civic, government, and professional affairs to build the Truist brand and develop new business. By partnering with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations, you will foster a "One Team" culture, ensuring compliance with bank procedures and the Truist Code of Ethics.
