Branch Leader

About the Role

As a Branch Leader, you will manage all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through leadership, coaching, and business development. This role is critical to Truist's purpose of inspiring and building better lives and communities, with a specific focus on small business expertise and development. You will ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies while managing human capital, from interviewing and hiring to performance reviews and scheduling. The position may also involve cross-training to assist with teller transactions as needed.

You will foster a "One Team" culture by partnering with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations teams to ensure compliance with bank procedures and the Truist Code of Ethics. Your leadership will empower teammates to achieve client financial success while actively participating in civic and community affairs to build the Truist brand.
