The Scholar Recruiter supports Success Academy's field marketing efforts in Florida, reporting to the Executive of Customer Experience. This role works face-to-face with prospective families to inform, excite, invest, and motivate them to apply to and attend Success Academy. You will identify and cultivate relationships with potential families and partner community-based organizations, supporting Scholar Recruitment Managers to ensure the Success Academy brand maintains high visibility across Florida communities. As a self-starter, you will be committed to educational choice, education reform, and the development of exemplary schools.
