About the Role

This role is designed specifically for Tamil or Telugu fluent speakers who are ready to go up. As a Business Development Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and act as the brand ambassador for our company. You will introduce our business solutions to small-to-medium-sized business owners, engaging them in conversations about their financial needs and marketing strategies.

You will be the voice of our mission to empower local communities and support their growth. This fully onsite position requires you to be present in the office five days a week, where you will gather leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments to develop new business. You will manage the business pipeline, analyze financial situations through credit card processing statements, and follow up with potential clients to turn opportunities into long-term success.

Hiring Process

We are an E-Verify employer and require candidates to be authorized to work in the U.S. Bilingual proficiency in English and either Tamil or Telugu (reading and writing) is required.
