About the Role

This position is designed for a dynamic sales professional ready to drive growth within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and industrial supply markets. You will serve as the primary advocate for our customers, managing the full sales cycle from generating local leads by visiting job sites and businesses to closing deals and ensuring timely resolution of account-related issues.

Your day will be a blend of strategic planning and active field work. You will organize your time to balance competing demands while meeting sales targets, leveraging your knowledge of the industry to build relationships with prospective clients. Success in this role means becoming an expert on our product lines and solutions, proactively developing relationships in the field, and treating every customer like family. Whether you are scheduling meetings, following up on leads, or managing deliveries, your goal is to provide the resources and tools our customers need to overcome their challenges.
