About the Role
Mobile Associates are ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. You will be an integral part of a high-traffic retail environment where technology innovations and customer needs are continuously evolving. This role is for those who are obsessed with the connected world and thrive on building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions.
In this position, you will proactively engage with a broad range of customers, using digital tools to educate them and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions. You will identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to recommend wireless solutions that help customers understand how to self-serve and utilize the T-Mobile app. Your goal is to exceed performance targets by excelling in sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and meeting quality of sale metrics.
Hiring Process
As part of the T-Mobile team, you will receive on-the-job training during your first 90 days. Upon completion of this training, you will promote to the Mobile Expert role.
