As a B2B Customer Service Representative and Lead Qualifier in Tempe, AZ, you will be a vital part of bringing humanity to business. This role is designed for those energized by outbound conversations and building strong customer connections. You will leverage your call center and customer service experience to engage warm leads through structured, outbound consultations with small business customers.
Partnering closely with a sales team, you will help uncover business needs and support solutions that save customers time and streamline their day-to-day operations. Your ability to approach each conversation with curiosity, clarity, and care will help deliver thoughtful, consistent customer experiences. You will report to a Team Lead and contribute directly to the success of the customer experience and the overall team.
