About the Opportunity
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and community initiatives at live events and outreach campaigns. You will engage directly with supporters, educate the public about important causes, and help organizations expand awareness and community involvement.
This is a face-to-face customer engagement role and does not involve call center work, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales. You will represent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraising campaigns, and outreach initiatives, engaging with supporters and community members in a professional, positive, and approachable manner.
