About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative and Entry-Level Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as the backbone of our daily operations in a fast-paced environment. This role exists to coordinate day-to-day shipments, provide visibility into freight movement, and maintain accurate documentation for all loads. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting customer concerns and proactively monitoring freight to ensure satisfaction.
While no prior logistics experience is required, you will receive hands-on training from day one. You will work cooperatively with Sales and Dispatch teams to provide solutions for customer needs, utilizing proprietary software to enter load orders and initiate check calls to track drivers.
