Return is scaling fast, expanding into new regions across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa, and onboarding new farmers every month. Growth like this means our operations team needs more horsepower, and this role is how we get it.
The Regional Operations Coordinator serves as the central coordination point for trucking logistics and farmer data collection across all of Return's operating regions. You will coordinate the daily movement of product, own the farmer onboarding data pipeline, and ensure the information driving our operations is accurate, complete, and where it needs to be before anyone has to ask for it.
This role has two primary pillars: coordinating the daily movement of product across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, and collecting the agronomic and regulatory data needed to serve farmers. Work Environment & Location
This is a remote-eligible position. Whether you're local to our Minnesota, Iowa, or Wisconsin operations or working from anywhere, we welcome applicants from all locations. Some regional travel to operational sites will be required. During site visits, you may occasionally work in outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold, and may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, a loud work environment, fumes or airborne particles, and vibration.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSchedule and coordinate daily trucking operations across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin
- check_circleCommunicate load assignments and special instructions to drivers and third-party haulers
- check_circleMaintain real-time load tracking and status updates in Monday.com and Samsara
- check_circleCollect agronomic and regulatory data from farmers for onboarding and compliance
- check_circleRoute FSA maps to appropriate suppliers and software systems based on region
- check_circleAssist in assembling MPCA Transfer of Ownership and Attachment B report data
- check_circleSupport invoice reconciliation by compiling delivery data against billing records
- check_circleOwn the Wisconsin stockpiling permit data pipeline and ensure timely submission
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- verifiedAt least two years of experience in logistics, dispatch, supply chain, or agricultural operations
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedProficiency with project management tools (Monday.com preferred), fleet management platforms (Samsara, Fleetio), and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedFamiliarity with agricultural concepts: crop rotations, fertility programs, field maps, and basic agronomy
- verifiedExperience reading and working with FSA maps, plat maps, or GIS-based field mapping tools
Nice to Have
