We're looking for someone who thrives on making the moving parts move and who cares about why they're moving. Return is scaling fast, expanding into new regions across Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa, and onboarding new farmers every month. Growth like this means our operations team needs more horsepower, and this role is how we get it.
The Regional Operations Coordinator serves as the central coordination point for trucking logistics and farmer data collection across all of Return's operating regions. You will coordinate the daily movement of product, own the farmer onboarding data pipeline, and ensure the information driving our operations is accurate, complete, and where it needs to be before anyone has to ask for it.
This role has two primary pillars: coordinating the daily movement of product across Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin, and collecting the agronomic and regulatory data needed to serve farmers. If you're organized to a fault, tech-savvy, relentless about follow-through, and energized by the idea of helping build something meaningful in agriculture, we want to talk.
Return is a leader in Good-for-the-Earth Growing Supplies that cares deeply about our people, planet, and soil. We provide a viable alternative to synthetic growing products that encourage soil regeneration to help grow healthier food, people, and the planet.
This is a remote-eligible position. Whether you're local to our Minnesota, Iowa, or Wisconsin operations or working from anywhere, we welcome applicants from all locations. Some regional travel to operational sites will be required. During site visits, you may occasionally work in outside weather conditions including extreme heat and cold, and may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, a loud work environment, fumes or airborne particles, and vibration.
Return is an equal opportunity employer. We dig in to cultivate a healthy environment, at work and beyond, where all people can bloom—regardless of similarities, differences, or what's growing in their garden. We're rooted in the idea that a diverse workforce, made up of various perspectives, will help us grow as individuals, and as a team. We hope you'll share your unique variety to help breathe new life into our selves, soil, food, and planet.
