- check_circleCoordinate with transportation, planning, engineering, and sales departments
- check_circleFollow up on inquiries for customer issue resolution and product design
- check_circleManage and process small customer orders
- check_circleProcess escalations when needed to resolve customer requests
- check_circleInform customers of order status and advise them of any changes
Requirements
- verified1+ years Customer Service in an office environment
- verifiedExperience working in manufacturing or logistics preferred
- verifiedExcellent interpersonal and oral/written communication
- verifiedComfortable user of Microsoft Excel
