As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on engaging with people and are passionate about delivering superior service. You will be accountable for educating customers on our products and services while ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
In this position, you will maintain a balanced cash drawer, resolve customer complaints, and help keep the store environment neat and clean. You will work in a busy, fast-paced setting where attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential. Whether you are processing transactions or offering solutions based on customer needs, your integrity and professionalism will directly impact the customer experience.
