As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is critical to delivering superior customer service and ensuring our clients feel valued and understood. You will be accountable for educating customers on our diverse range of products and services, helping them navigate their financial needs with confidence.
In this position, you will maintain the highest quality standards and ensure strict compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations. Your day will involve processing transactions accurately, managing cash drawers, and utilizing our point-of-sale systems. You will also play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized store environment and resolving customer inquiries or complaints, referring complex issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
