As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering superior service and building trust with our community. You will be accountable for educating customers on our products, ensuring all transactions are accurate and compliant with regulations, and maintaining the high quality standards that define our brand. In this position, you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming environment where customers feel supported in managing their finances.
