About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on engaging with people and are committed to delivering superior service. You will be accountable for educating customers on our products, ensuring all transactions are accurate and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and repeat business, making you a vital part of our team's success.
