Our client is seeking eight Junior Business Analysts to join their team in Philadelphia, PA. While the title of the position is Customer Service Representative, the core function is to act as a vital liaison between business needs and IT solutions. In this capacity, you will assist in the daily analysis of customer accounts specifically for dispute resolution, gathering and interpreting data to provide actionable insights.
Working under the guidance of a senior analyst, you will be involved in various project lifecycle activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires a dynamic individual who can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring that business requirements are accurately documented and met.
This is a W2 contract position with a duration of 12 months. The role operates on a hybrid schedule based in Philadelphia, PA (19103). You will be required to be onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and work remotely for the remaining two days.
