About the Role
Customer Service Representatives are the heart of our business. You will play a critical role in delivering the honest, respectful service our customers expect. In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for both potential borrowers and current customers, assisting them with questions regarding loan products, evaluating vehicles, and managing loans and payments.
Your day will involve maintaining regular communication with customers regarding their accounts, including making courtesy calls when necessary. You will ensure that all interactions reflect our company's values of integrity and professionalism.
