As a Customer Service Professional, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care. In this role, you will act as a product expert, learning the ins and outs of Arvig's services to help customers find solutions and navigate self-service tools. You will handle diverse interactions via calls, chats, emails, and face-to-face communication, maintaining a smile and stellar communication skills throughout.
Beyond resolving immediate issues, you will own the process by navigating billing systems, processing transactions, and completing service orders. You will also collaborate across teams to build relationships, ensuring every customer feels confident and valued. This position requires a strong dedication to maintaining a safe environment for yourself, your colleagues, and our customers.
This is an in-person position located at our Grand Meadow, MN office. The standard schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with occasional Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
