Customer Service Integrity Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Integrity Coordinator to play a vital role in our Store Loss Prevention and Safety programs. This position is designed for someone passionate about customer service who is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity within a retail environment.

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, warmly greeting customers and offering knowledgeable assistance with our liquor product offerings, including vodka, gin, spirits, and wine. Beyond sales, you will patrol both the interior and exterior of the store to identify potential safety and security risks, ensuring a safe and organized shopping environment. By partnering effectively with operations and store personnel, you will help us achieve our safety goals while fostering customer loyalty through exceptional service.
