The Crew2 Customer Service Coordinator is the voice of our brand, responsible for creating a quality customer service experience in an inbound and outbound call center environment. This role exists to ensure complete customer satisfaction and help maintain our Voice of the Customer quality score.
In this position, you will interact with customers to schedule services, handle inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues. You will also play a key part in our growth by developing and qualifying sales leads. Whether you are routing calls to the appropriate department or making post-installation follow-up calls to ensure the experience delights our clients, your work directly impacts our customers' success.
