About the Role
Join our team as a Customer Service Associate II to help create an inviting shopping experience for our customers. In this position, you will be the face of our store, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and safe environment while supporting daily operations.
Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of responsibilities. You will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register, switching to front-end duties as needed to manage sales transactions. Beyond the register, you will assist with receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely. You will also play a key role in maintaining the store's presentation by handling merchandising, stocking, and general cleanliness tasks, including restocking bathrooms and sweeping floors.
We are looking for someone with a positive, friendly disposition and an eagerness to get things done. Your interactions with customers, associates, and leaders will be professional and respectful, helping to maintain a positive atmosphere throughout the store.
